ABOUT ME
I have been writing poetry from a very young age. I studied sociology and journalism in undergrad in fulfillment of my curiosity about human behavior and my love of writing. I thought I could merge my two passions and become a sexologist. (Ha! Like that really happened) Unfortunately, the study of anatomy and physiology did not appeal to me. Instead, I focused on education. I strayed away from writing to pursue a graduate degree in school counseling,
I eventually returned to the pad and pen as a pastime. After years of working in education, I completed my first full-length standalone novel, Ariella. In addition, I contribute from time to time to magazines such as iMPACT GLOBAL.

I am a New York native, by way of the Caribbean/ West Indies. When I'm not writing I'm cooking, cake decorating, and dabbling in crocheting or knitting. I enjoy spending family time with my husband and daughter. I have several other works in the making and I am currently working to give you the next novel.
